Marianne Howland, partner at Duffee + Eitzen, is a 2006 graduate from the Texas A&M University School of Law. She handles adoptions, custody battles, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, divorces, post-divorce modifications and enforcement. While Howland is comfortable in the courtroom litigating cases for her clients, she encourages clients to settle their issues amicably whenever possible.
